what contagious skin rashes cause a burning sensation a couple hours after contact if it's not a std?

I was wondering if it could be a std? Pain started a couple hours after the act was done and has continued onto the next two days. She basically was laying on my chest nude with likely her vagina touching my chest. It feels more like heartburn but I've never had heartburn that lasted this long. We didn't have intercourse just forplay. Only skin to skin contact no fluids.

Should I be worried? I never heard of a std affecting the chest and I don't have any wounds or scars on my chest that bacteria could get into. Could be some kind of rash but I don't see any indication but it's only the 3rd day. It's in the middle of my chest feels like slight burning but hasn't gone away. The rest of my chest feels fine and I can easily pinpoint the location of the pain. I have not used any medicine or gone to my doctor.

I'm in my early 20s, 5,10 190 lbs. Is this worth finding a free std clinic for?

It could be a rash and it's just a coincidence. It may have been caused by a bacteria or if you had intercourse and used a condom then touched your chest it might be irritation from the latex.

Hope that helps.
