I just recently had sexual intercourse, however i just have had a sore throat, however i dont feel any symptoms of stds or see anything change in my body. I do not know if the sore throat could be cause of smoking or if i catched an std

Well with no other symptoms I wouldn't get too worked up over it. I do suggest that you do get tested if you think there may be a possibility that you may have been exposed to an STD though.
