An STD Help Community

Hi I'm experiencing a little problem. I have had unprotected intercourse in the last three weeks with my boyfriend, I'm on Birth Control. As far as I know he hasn't been with anyone but me, but he is also in the air force and I can't see him that often. We love each other though and I know he wouldn't hurt me. Anyways I have a large white soft bump on the inside of my vagina and three smaller bumps on the other side. They are all white and they only hurt to touch. They don't itch and they don't burn when I pee, but it's
uncomfortable. They are swollen which makes me nervous because my period is coming in the next day or two according to my pills. I'm nervous that its going to be really painful to use a tampon. I have to go to my clinic soon anyways to get a new pack of pills, but I'm just nervous it's bad.
I haven't told anyone not even my boyfriend, because I don't know what it is. I've researched herpes but Herpes are red bumps and these are white. I don't what it is, someone please help.
