I am a gay male and about a month after having intercourse, I noticed a discharge near the anus and it will not go away. I have read that this could be some sort of hernia. It bleeds often and feels like a bump internally. Should I be concerned that it is an STD? I have had it for 6 months now and very discomfortable at times

Hmm it could be a number of problems as well as an STD you should get it looked at as the number of things it could be is pretty large.

Chlamydia
Gonorrhea
Hemroids
Broken Skin
Herpes
