I have little bumps around the head of my penis and I have a couple pumps down the shaft of my penis I only had unprotected intercourse one time and have not had intercourse since then I need some serious help im broke and barely have a place to live I also have bumps on the inside of my lips where my upper and lower lip meet I need some serious help please help anyone I need information

What kind of bumps are they. Are they small? Are they blister like? What color are they and so on.
