An STD Help Community

i'm worried that i may have hpv, or something similar. i've been researching images on the net, and what i have going on doesn't look like any sort of std.
anyway, i shave everything down there (i am a girl). i shaved a few days ago, and then had intercourse with my boyfriend. ever since then, it is painful down there. it isn't itchy, and there is no burning. there is no oder, nothing is swollen. but, it hurts to sit down. i have these little bumps (nine, i counted) around my vaginal opening and along the lips of my vagina. they are soft, and some of them are white, causing them to look like pimples. urination is painful, also.
i've had razor burn before, but never where it is at right now, so i don't know. i understand that razor burn can hurt, but it's never been this painful, but then again, i've never been kinda sitting on the burns, haha.
i don't know. i need some brutal honesty, because i am freaking out.
i'm very concerned i have something, but i don't know what it could be, honestly.

i have a doctor's appointment for monday, but they may be able to squeeze me in tomorrow, i hope.
