That looks very much like a genital wart. You need to see a clinic immediately and get tested and treated by a doctor. Those can be very dangerous in women as the disease HPV causes cervical cancer. If it does end up being HPV you need to make sure that you tell anyone you have been with because it is very contagious and often has no symptoms.
