I m male 28 yrs. I had some problems like etching while urinating, On black ulcer on Penis and Uninating sensetion time-time. Kindly suggested me wht type of infection I had. and Which medicine will work.
I only had intercourse with my wife.

If what you meant to right is one black ulcer it sounds like it could be syphilis which can be a very serious disease if not taken care of.
