i had unprotected intercourse about a year ago, since then i get an irritable itch on the tip of my penis. also, now when i ejaculate theres a brown coloured discharge within my cum. obviously i dont see this as normal, so please can you advise me as to what this could be? thanks in anticipation.

sounds like some kind of bacterial infection and may be mixed with something such as herpes. Your best bet is to put your mind at ease and get it checked out and taken care of.
