An STD Help Community

I have small little bumps that run up the shaft of my penis. But there not raised or anything... it looks like someone dotted my penis with a pen or something. its wierd because i have them both on the top and underside of it but only the ones on the underside itch. I mean itch!! And then on the head of my penis it seems like its shedding. Like i can peal a layer of dead skin off of the head. It does this for maybe a couple of days and then goes away for a while. Im waiting on my insurance to go see a doctor so ive been searching all over the internet for some idea of what it is that I have and cannot find an answer! can anyone help me?
