i still think i might have genital herpes. i dont get this. like i said , never had any form of intercourse. and i have these little , kinda like zit spots, mostly where my hair follicles are. and if i kinda squeese them a little bit its almost like a zit.i dont get this at all. seeing as im 16, i could never go and talk to my mom about it because she would just flip. and if i cant talk to my mom i cant go to the doctor because im only 16. please help. i am freaking out. especially because i just met this girl . and i know icant do anything because of what ever it is. and if it helps. the zit like things are just on the like bottem of my penis and over my scroutm. and like i was reading and it sais herpes you have out breaks and for me it just stays there for the past year. and the reason why i just waited till now is because i just got a car and i could drive my self to the doctor. please help

Well there is a common condition in young men called Penile papules and that sounds like what you may have. You can google it and get tons of pics and answers that may help.
