An STD Help Community

Okay I was 14 when I first was sexually active it didn't happen that long it actually didn't even last for 30 minutes before i said to stop. But I haven't told my parents and I'm afraid I have herpes and could have something else that could effect me when I get older (chlymdia). I have not been tested and do not have a car to get anywhere I DO NOT WANT TO TELL MY PARENTS!! I have been raised in a Christian home and I am a Christian and I know it was wrong but now I'm scared. I need someone to talk to and friends are great but I need someone elses advice please!!

Well I don't know how old you are now but most planned parent hoods will test anyone and not tell the parents. They're just interested in your safety and well being.

I'm also a Christian, on the site for the same reasons you are. I'll be praying for you, first of all. I think your best shot would be to find an older friend you can confide in. Is there anyone you know of who you would be comfortable sharing this secret with who may be able to drive you? if not is there any public transportation in your city that would be able to get you close to a clinic? It's scary doing this kind of thing by yourself, especially if you are young. I'm 19 and I'm terrofied.
Take refuge in the lord, because he will take care of you. everything happens for a reason and I believe you will come out the other side of this, a stronger person.
Please look for someone who can be with you. This is a very mature thing to be going through, though I don't know how old you are now. If you search on Google for free std testing clinics you may find some luck there. There are large communities who will be looking only to help you and keep you safe, not to humiliate you or make you feel bad. Anyone who does try to make you feel bad probably has some insecurity beyond yours anyway.
