 Post subject: Lumps bumps or pimples on my Vulva.

So the subject title says it all. The thing is I want to know whats the fastest way to get rid of them. Ive had them before and they go away on their own but this time I really want it gone before the end of this coming week but it seems to just stay the same size. I know I know I should just stop shaving but if anybody has any other solution then I would be really grateful.
