About 3 months ago I had intercourse with a girl:

Day 1: We performed oral intercourse to each other & had intercourse
Day 2: About 10 days later of day 1, we again had intercourse (oral & intercourse). This time the condom broke during vaginal & anal intercourse. Anal intercourse was just insertion, not complete intercourse but still condom broke.

Next day I started feeling some strange feeling inside the tip of my penis. It was not painful or burning but was kind of itchy. Don't know if I was paranoid but I thought that opening was slightly more & bit more reddish. I saw the doctor & did all STD tests which included Syphlis, Gonoria, Clymedia etc. Tests came clean but he said I was infected with Strept Pneumonia, doctor gave me below antibiotics:

Zithromax / Azithromycin 250mg (1 tab twice a day for 3 days)
Augmentin / amoxycillin + clavulanate potassium 1g (1 tab twice a day for 5 days)

After completing the course I was ok.

I again had intercourse with the same girl, but this time no oral intercourse & complete protected intercourse in vagina with condom. But next day I was feeling similar inside tip of my penis. I still had the above tables so I continued them for 2 days & it was ok. I informed the girl about it but she insisted that she had nothing as her husband didn't have any symptoms at all.

Last week we had intercourse again; I was very careful while removing the condom & washed my penis completely with soap. I think I felt the same sensation next day inside my penis tip but it went away in next couple of days. couple of days back she performed oral intercourse on me & since then I am feeling the same thing again. Just like before there is no liquid coming out.

I am totally lost, even with using the condom am I getting something? I am not alergic to condoms, i have used them without any issues beofore.

Can someone help me to understand here please.

Well condoms don't offer complete protection as you know. It may be a sign of a herpes infection that you acquired the first time. Doctors often over look that possibility because there are no "blisters" but often itching and redness are the only symptom especially in healthy individuals. So you may want to get tested for that even though the doctor might tell you you don't need to.

I would also go back and tell your DR. everything be upfront and honest so they can help you. One more thing. Did you complete your cycle of meds he gave you or did you just stop when it got better because if you don't take all of them then the infection will remain and come back.
