I have a couple of purple/red areas on my penis, one along the rim of the head and one just under the front of the head
they have both become very raw and tender to the touch, it feels as though pins are being inserted into them also the one along the shaft has a small bleeding area and oozing puss, I have always had this tender area but never this bad, at the same time this happened my bottom lip has become swollen and oozing blood, I have applied neo sporin to the lip and a balm called clotrimazole to my penis which hasn't been much help, any idea what this could be?
my doctor thinks it is a result of moisture build-up and being overweight, I sit at a desk 8 hrs a day, am not active, this condition comes and goes about once a year, this is the first time blood and puss oozed from it, can this be from giving blood, which I did about 3 days prior to this through the red cross I am a little worried about this

It shouldn't be from giving blood but sounds like a serious problem, especially if its painful. Defiantly something I would get checked out as soon as possible.
