I have an small open sore on my finger and one on my wrist. My lower back hurts its going away though. I had lots of bumps under my hair, but some of them are going away. My neck and back are always very itchy. Anybody know what std symptoms those are. I know I have one I just don't feel right.

Well what makes you think that it's an STD? That doesn't really sound like one it sounds like it could be a million different things..
