i have genital wart,i tried to get help in doctors and i did go to gynaecologist but still this thing does not want to go away.i just need hep please this thing grow each an everyday.

Well what did the doctor say or do? Usually they will remove them by either freezing them off or burning them off. Often, like the doctor should have mentioned to you, it will take multiple trips and treatments to completely remove the wart. Make another appointment and get it removed. There's no at home treatment so you have to go and get it treated by a doctor.
