We almost never send out emails, except for when you sign up so we can deter spam bots, or to notify you of an answer to your question. But in the event we do, and you want to opt out of any future emails this is how.
1. Log into your account.
2. In the upper right corner click on "Control panel"
3. Once in your control panel you have lots of options on the left. Click Board preferences.
4. You will see a list of options for your account. Check no where it says "Administrators can e-mail me information:"
5. Click submit
