Okay, I'm 17 I had unprotected intercourse about 5 months ago I've only been having strange signs for about a month now. For example a yellowish greenish discharge, a bad smell and bleeding during intercourse.

It could be some kind of bacterial infection such as chlamydia or gonorrhea. Both have similar symptoms that mimic yours. I would get it looked at to be sure.
