Hi there, new here, and I am terrified

Basically I had unprotected intercourse like an absolute idiot I am male.

After the event, literally the morning after I felt sick as hell with every Flu symptom in the book. This was 9 days ago and I am just getting over the sickness. A couple days ago I got a spot just below my lip, a pharmacist said it wasn't a cold sore and said it was nothing (but I am not sure if they are right as they didn't know my circumstances).

Now I dunno if this is in my head or not... but I feel like my penis is a bit errrm heavy? But I don't know if it's psychological or not.

So you think I have anything or not?

Well cold sores are a type of herpes more specifically HSV-1 while genital herpes are HSV-2. You may just be sick though. Often cold sores come out when you get sick so it could just be that.

That said it's impossible to know if you do have an STD without testing or with some real symptoms. Also it usually takes a few weeks for symptoms to appear so the "heaviness" your talking about seems like it's just psychological.

Feel the need to reply to let everyone know / help people who need to get checked but our too embarassed.

Went to get a check up say around 2 weeks after the intercourse had taken place, was quite embarassing, but it put my mind at ease, it came back all negative (phew) and they said I could return back to my previous activity, however I do have a white spot on my testicles, it was there when I got checked (So I don't know if they just didn't see it or thought it must have been nothing)

It's just like a tiny white dome, it's strange, it doesn't look anything like warts, however it won't pop, I would say it's more of a zit (but not a traditional looking zit.)

Despite all my tests coming back negative I am a little worried, any idea what it could be?

Well you really should have asked when you were there but if the doctor said everything is good then it probably is. I wouldn't worry too much about it but would keep an eye on it. We recommend getting tested every year or BEFORE every new partner so have them look at it then and make sure you bring it up.

if you do have an STD without examining or with some actual signs. Also it usually requires a couple of several weeks for signs to appear so the heaviness your referring to seems like it's just emotional.
