Hi. I'm Kaylee, and I'm a 17 year old girl. I've had intercourse like 8 times with 3 different guys and I must have gotten something from my most recent ex boyfriend.
We dated for like 4 months and finally decided to have intercourse, and when we did we had it without a condom. About 4-5 weeks after having intercourse, I began having a white, thick discharge. I figured this was normal and probably just from the intercourse. It was thick and had no smell. Then it began to itch and stink, and I was a little more concerned, so I bought medicine for a yeast infection called Monistat-1. It's a three step cream you insert into your vagina and an outer cream. I used it and felt a very uncomfortable burning sensation inside my vagina and had to wash it out. There is no sign of any bumps inside my vaginal area or around it. About a week later I got my period and bled for 6 days. Then, after my period had been done for about 3 days, I began to bleed again, only this blood was chunky and smelled funny. Then, every time I inserted a tampon, brown, rubbery chunks would gather on it. The smell got worse and but the itching stopped. The bleeding/brown chunks have stopped, but now the white discharge is back. I'm thinking it's Chlamydia but I'm not sure. Help?

It could be. you need to A. tell your parents and B get tested right away. If your not comfortable telling your parents their are many places you can go to get treated without them knowing. You need to get it taken care of soon though because it can cause many issues later on like infertility. Heres a list of free clinics to get you started.
