Please help. Strange seemingly unusual white possibly pus filled flat zit type things on vagina. LOTS. Little itching. No pain while urinating or anything.... is this just something i've never noticed before?

Well I'm sure you would have noticed it before. It very well could be some kind of STD or maybe a skin problem of some kind.
