Hi, please let me know if you can help or know what's going on!!

My symptons have been as follows:-
- My penis was incredibly itchy and red and seemed to have an unusual odour. I thought it might be a hygiene issue even though I'm extremely conscioud. So I scrubbed and it was still tingling, the area that was red was under the foresking, when you pulled it back behind the glans of the penis.
- The redness went away and I noticed a single white sensitive spot under the glans of the penis, which was occasionally itchy. I bought some canesten cream hoping it was thrush which helped with all the symptoms but when I stop using it, the spot is still there and occasionally starts tingling.
- During the itchy irritable phases, when I pulled back my foreskin I had patchy red areas on the glans ans below the head of the penis.
my penis only has those symptoms under the foreskin and on the head.

What do you think it is? My cock just feels a bit uncomfortable sometimes like there's a small splinter, othertimes itchy and sometimes asymptomatic.
PLEASE someone help me out! Thanks.

Have you been to a clinic? That should be your first port of call.

It could be chlamydia, it could be thrush, it could be something else. I'd put my money on chlamydia due to its increasing prevalence - if it is, then a short course of anti-biotics should clear it up. But go get it checked out.

BTW, those two little white spots you referred to - they are supposed to be there :)

I'm not sure I would say it was chlamydia. I mean, it could be but it may be something else or a mixture of things. These things happen. First thing to do like kangakopuk said is hit up a clinic.

Also, Have you had a new partner lately? You may want to talk to them as well if so.
