hello i am in a relationship with the most beautiful girl in the world. i have spots on my scrotom, red spots, and on my groin area. i have also clusters of spots on my penis and they are starting to spread. i have had these for along time now but paid no attention to them and they are like a burning sensation. but they are just spots. i have looked up all the symptoms of stds but my spots donot burst or have puss in them. please please help. i am also developing spots on the tip of my penis.

It could be some kind of infection. It may just be bacterial but it could be something worse. Sounds strange.
