When I was home on leave I had unprotected intercourse ( that was about 3 maybe 4 weeks ago) then about 2 weeks ago I started getting bumps right under the head of the penis and in this area it is red (sometimes) with one bump that is a little bigger than the other ones (does not hurt not puss or oozing) it is starting to look like the same thing is happening on the other side in the same spot.......and the tip of my penis is a little painful to touch

Now I am in a very hot country where temps can get up to 110 easily and I don't wear underwear? Could that cause it? Or could it be HPV or HERPES?

Please give advice ......I'm very worried

Well as you know rashes are very common in hot sweaty areas of the body so yes it could be that. Doesn't really sound like HPV because if you have symptoms at all it's generally flesh or red colored bumps. Herpes on the other hand can have symptoms just like you have described. Many times people over look it because it's not some huge pussing sore when in reality it can just cause redness and faking sometimes.
